(National) Planning Document

Creating and Managing Required Events for the Planning Document

  • As a National level administrator navigate to Settings > Planning Document Meetings

    • View, Create, Edit, Delete or Activate all available meetings

    • Click the “Add New” menu item or click on any Event to view Planning Document Meeting details



Activating Planning Documents for an Intake Season

To make a planning document active for an Intake Season you must review all available Planning Document meetings and check the “Active” check box for each event that is required for this Intake Season. When done click the “Save” button.
