Personal Reference Types

  • Manual References - where candidate is responsible to upload all reference letters directly from their computer.

  • Advanced References - where candidate provides member information (name,membership number,email address) for Organization references to their application and system verifies Membership status. Sends email to Member. Member logs into system and writes or uploads Letter of Recommendation. Community references are done manually.


Advanced References

  1. Candidate Provides Member Information.
    When candidates submit their application the Reference section will require the candidate to provide a name, phone number, email and membership/financial number of each member they are requesting a letter of recommendation from.

  2. Member Identity Confirmation
    Upon candidate providing the name, email address and membership number the system will perform a backend database check for confirmation of member existence. If there is a successful match the system will respond to the candidate accordingly and send the request for a letter of recommendation to the member through an automatic email notification.

    Possible Responses from the system to the candidate when attempting to request letter of recommendation.

     

  3. After the member has been successfully identified and found to be in good standing with the organization, a letter of recommendation request email will immediately be sent to the member. The email will include instructions on how to submit a letter of recommendation for the candidate. If the member does not have an account on the platform the member will be required to create an account to submit a letter of recommendation.

 

 

Member Submitting a Letter of Recommendation

  • Upon logging in, members who have been requested to provide a letter of recommendation to a candidate will automatically receive a pop up to review the request.

  • here we can upload the document directly from the computer . other else we need to write the the reference letter on the platform.

  • After write the reference letter we need to click save button to save the reference letters.

 

  • After save the record we will get on application section.

  • If advanced option is false then we need to upload reference letter from the computer for organization.

  • For community we need to upload the document from the computer.

  • After upload all required documents for organization and community then this step will completed and it will move to next step.
