(Local Chapter) Planning Document

Note: Before a chapter can create a Planning Document depending on the Intake season type a Region cluster may be required.

  • Login as chapter admin

  • Make sure the correct chapter profile is present. If you are a chapter advisor or affiliated with multiple chapters then you may have to switch to the proper chapter profile. See Switching Chapter Profiles

  • Click the “Intake” tab button.

  • Before a chapter can create a Planning Document the chapter must first meet all Prerequisite requirements based off the Organization policy. This could consist of the following:

    • Approved Officer Report

    • National Status Check

    • College Official Support
