Enable/Disable Chapter Dues

  • Chapter Dues are automatically enabled when a Dues Product is created.

  • Chapter Dues are automatically disabled when the Dues Product is deleted.

Enabling Chapter Dues for your Chapter.

  • Log in as a chapter Admin and click the “Products” link on the side bar menu.

  • Click the “New Product” button.

  • On the Product Form make sure you Select “Dues” for Product Group and “Annual Dues” for Product Type. Select the Annual Fiscal End Month and Day. This Month and Day will be the expiration date each year for the annual Dues. Be sure to add a meaningful product name as this will be visible to chapter members. Complete the rest of the form then click the “Save” button.

  • You have Successfully Enabled Chapter Dues.


Disabling Chapter Dues for your Chapter

  • Login as Chapter Admin and click the “Products” link on the side bar menu

  • Find the Dues Product in the list and click the “Delete” icon button.

  • By clicking the “Yes” link on the Confirmation Pop up. You have Successfully disabled chapter dues.
