Request To Join A Chapter

  • Members who are interested in joining or switching to another chapter can “Request” to join a chapter.
    When a “Join Chapter Request” has been accepted by the chapter then the member will receive confirmation email.

    • If Chapter is accepting Chapter Dues on the platform

      • if Chapter Request is accepted then the member will have access to login and make a dues payment. After successful dues payment then the member will immediately gain chapter portal access and will be automatically added to the chapter roster.

    • If Chapter is not accepting Chapter Dues on the platform

      • if Chapter Request is accepted then the member will immediately gain chapter portal access to the chapter and is automatically added to the chapter roster.

 


Requesting Member should follow the steps below:

  1. Login and click the “My Chapter” from the Side bar menu or click the profile button icon in the top right corner then select “My Chapter”

  2. Then click the “Add Chapter” button

  3. You will see a list of recommended chapters to choose from or you can simply type the chapter name inside the Search textbox to filter the list for the exact chapter. Click the View Eye Icon button to select the chapter.

  4. On the Pop up click the “Send Request“ button.

    1. Email will be sent to the chapter officers to review the request.

       

  5. While Chapter is reviewing you will see the Request in the “Pending” State

     

  6.
