In the event that a college official has forgot their password instruct the college official to follow the directions below.
Go to URL: https://kappaorg.com/school/login
Click Forgot Password Link
Enter Email on file and click the “Send OTP” button
This will send a “One Time Password” to the email address on File
Retrieve the One Time Password Code from your email and enter it into the textbox and click the “Verify” button
Please click the “Verify” button
Once the One Time Password is verified, enter in your new Password
Enter New Password and click “Update” Button
Now Login with the new Password
